The procedure was fully explained prior to the start and as we went along. The anaesthetic used together with the surgeon's skill led to a painfree extraction with no pain since then.

The hygienist tried very hard to listen to what I needed from my appointment and tried to give me advice as how to make further appointments . There were two receptionists - one very experienced but on the phone and a new receptionist who looked totally out of her depth and it was chaotic . Last time I was at reception the same thing . The suggestions that were raised during treatment were totally ignored at reception even though I mentioned it and there was no follow up as promised. However I was very happy with my treatment this time … Thankyou
