Kate is always so professional and helpful as well as being kind and caring.

My first appointment at this dental practice. I went to see Hygenist Helena Mercer. As soon as I walked in the room she was super friendly. she clearly knows her profession well. She did an absolute thorough job and yet the whole process was very gentle. Her advice regarding brushing / my personal care and maintenance was very helpful. The reception team were great too, very on point and helpful - they let me know of a cancellation for the next day after myself first contacting them. This practice is clearly a well run and stable dental practice.

Amy, the hygienist, is always incredibly caring and makes the experience a pleasant event, despite my dislike for dental appointments. She is accurate and gives lots of advice to keep the gums healthy. Kate, as a dentist, is highly competent, kind and clear in her explanations. She followed the improvement of my teeth and gums with genuine interest over the years. To them both I owe the healing of my gums and stopping my early teeth decay.

Very warm welcome by receptionist and staff. The Hygeniest was very gentle, thorough and made my teeth feel lovely and clean. Went on to see Samantha the dentist who was charming and very gentle and she gave me all information I needed. Highly recommend.

Both the hygenist, Jess, and the dentist, Sam, were efficient and professional. They took time to explain and discuss things with me.
