The hygienist tried very hard to listen to what I needed from my appointment and tried to give me advice as how to make further appointments . There were two receptionists - one very experienced but on the phone and a new receptionist who looked totally out of her depth and it was chaotic . Last time I was at reception the same thing . The suggestions that were raised during treatment were totally ignored at reception even though I mentioned it and there was no follow up as promised. However I was very happy with my treatment this time … Thankyou

Exceptional staff at all levels. Helena my hygienist even gave me a box of biscuits to celebrate my 47th wedding anniversary in March due to a comment I made. I have been using this surgery for probably 50 years and they are always brilliant. No need to be scared of the dentist with this great practice.
